The Localstake process was designed to balance the protection of confidential business information while still giving investors enough information to make an investment decision. All investors must agree to a site-wide non-disclosure agreement when signing up as an investor. Additionally, before an investor is able to view your entire business plan pitch and offering documents, you will have the opportunity to approve them. If you have not approved an investor, they will only see basic information about your business.
How do I protect my confidential business information when raising funding?
